Pricing questions

Is there a contract lock-in?

Starter and Growth are month-to-month after the first month. Enterprise terms are agreed in the proposal.

Can we start with a free pre-audit?

Yes. One anonymised or redacted submission — we return a findings list so you can judge the agent before any commitment.

What if we exceed Starter limits?

We will flag it mid-cycle and recommend Growth. No silent overage charges without a conversation.

Billing currency and invoices?

All list prices are ZAR excl. VAT. Monthly invoice by default; annual prepay available on Growth and Enterprise with a small discount on request.

Can we run a pilot on one entity?

Yes. Many groups start with a single subsidiary on Starter or Growth, then expand once the verification season cycle is proven.

All plans include Gazette-aligned rule packs for the Generic Scorecard. Sector packs (e.g. construction, ICT) are included on Growth and Enterprise. Draft Code amendments are shipped as versioned packs only after they are gazetted final. We do not issue B-BBEE certificates.
