What we collect on this website

Contact form fields you submit (name, work email, company, message). Technical logs typical of a static site (IP, browser) if hosting provides them. Cookie preference if you interact with the banner.

How we use it

To respond to pre-audit and sales enquiries. We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact data to train public models.

On-premise product data

Share registers, EE reports, and tender files processed by the agents remain on infrastructure you control by default. That is a design constraint of the product.

POPIA

We aim to process personal information lawfully, minimally, and securely. For access, correction, or deletion requests related to site enquiries, email info@agentic-sa.co.za.

Security

We will not ask you to email unencrypted ownership registers for a pre-audit. Secure transfer is agreed first. Retention Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the sales relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or contract.
