Terms

The short version of how we work. Paid work is governed by the order form and MSA, not this page alone.

The website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Audits are free and without obligation. We may decline work that is a poor fit, including local-only South African campaigns we are not staffed to hunt.

Paid engagements start when both parties sign an order form. Setup fees are due before go-live. Monthly retainers are billed in advance in USD. Either party may pause a fleet with five days’ notice; prepaid months are not refunded once sending has begun.

We do not guarantee a specific revenue number. We do commit to the meeting volumes published on the pricing page for Starter and Growth when the ICP is approved and the calendar is available.

South African law governs, with the courts of Johannesburg having jurisdiction, unless the MSA says otherwise.
